Comment:

re-rated 9-2009 - pours a fully cloudy red-orange colour with no head retention; citrusy nose with notes of pumpkin; fizzy and quite sweet, moderate malt body and with no bitterness; lot of residual sugars in an effervescent and vegetable-like finish

11-2005; brewed using lemon balm for a part of hops - pours a cloudy orange colour under a very fizzy rocky white head; beautiful lace; citrusy, honeyish nose with notes of fir needle; very creamy in the mouth; high carbonation, the malt body is medium at best; it is rather sweet but a touch of tart acidity gives it balance and dynamic; the finish is long, fruity and flowery but with something undefined leaving in the mouth and making it not fully pleasant (5/7/7/3/15)
